A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at this Traditional Lakeland Farmhouse along with a complimentary Tea/Coffee and home made cake on your arrival. The Farmhouse dates from 1621 with oak beams, panelling and log fires. There are three pretty letting rooms Two Double Bedded Rooms and One Twin Bedded Room all with Idyllic views of the Langdale Valley. All three rooms have wash basins, tea making facilities and hair dryers. There are two separate toilets a bath and shower for guests use.

The day starts with Sue's excellent home cooking a Full English breakfast with vegetarian or lighter alternatives on offer all using local produce.

The Lounge has an array of leaflets and brochures on walks and local attractions. This is a splendid base for walking, touring or just relaxing and every effort is made for your comfort and enjoyment.
